For example, in the vegetable processing, meat processing, and quick-freezing processes in the central kitchen, easy-to-clean belts can use their own advantages to reduce bacterial growth and ensure food safety.
Hydrolysis resistance: Solve the humid food production environment. The material now produced is resistant to hydrolysis and most food processing chemicals, including many cleaning and disinfectants.

Ultra-performance for optimal functionality
The semi-matt top surface of the K00 series belts is designed for optimal functionality, providing excellent peel performance and scratch resistance. This not only reduces bacterial growth but also ensures there is no glare on the detection line.
Optional lattice structure relief on the bottom surface changes the rules of transmission, reducing friction, increasing load capacity compared to without relief, and reducing wear on conveyor components while allowing the use of lightweight belts.

Horizontal Conveyor Belt Selection
The belt trajectory on a horizontal conveyor is simple: it is usually a straight line from center to center, with the belt wrapped around two pulleys. Some apps may require a scroll wheel or additional functionality. Conveyor design and incorrect belt selection can cause significant wear and tear.
Conveyor capacity must be considered to ensure product is contained and does not fall under the belt and in its path.
U-shaped conveyor belt
The U-shape is one of the best solutions for loading bulk products, especially those in powder or granular form. Products are clustered closer to the center of the band. While this is not conducive to even distribution of product across the belt surface, this provides the belt with better tracking balance,
And eliminates any need for container edges to avoid product leakage or loss. The depth of the bulge can be greater or smaller, but the angle at which the sides of the belt can be successfully bulged is determined by mechanical factors including thickness.
