Learn How to Make a Conveyor Belt

Coil material (raw material production process)

We use our own research and development machinery, using high-strength thermoplastic TPU raw materials and a specialized extrusion molding process to successfully avoid fiber fallout and ensure food safety. The high molecular density design further addresses the risk of fabric contamination.

1. Adjusting conveyor belt size: Our automated machinery precisely cuts the conveyor belt according to the size requirements of your order.

2. Inkjet coding: After cutting, we apply inkjet coding near the belt joint to identify your specific belt.

3. Toothing: Depending on the thickness of the material, our mechanized process performs different types of teeth (large, small, and miter). Improve cross splicing accuracy and strength.

4. Hot melt gun splicing: We respect your preference and offer several splicing methods (tooth, lap, buckle, and steel buckle). The heated and glued toothed belt uses our advanced seamless connections, providing superior strength, beauty, and smooth operation.

5. Connection cooling: We offer water or air cooling methods for the connection of the belt to build a stronger, more visually appealing ring shape.

 

6. Guide strips (special processing): We recommend adding guide strips to the bottom of the belt, positioning them accordingly (central or single side) after surface polishing. We offer toothed and non-toothed guide bars to keep your belt from drifting.

7. Skirt (special processing): Confirming with you, we custom-fit a skirt to your conveyor belt to prevent transported products from rolling away.

8. Baffle (special processing): Adding baffles to the surface ensures that there will be no product spills during uphill transport.

 

9. Buckle: We semi-autonomically attach a steel buckle to facilitate the disassembly of the conveyor belt according to your request.

10. Hole punching (special processing): Punch holes into the belt according to the size and position specified, allowing water filtering and adsorption functions.
